Time and Place

Sessions run every Tuesday from 4-5pm at Acklam Grange School. Sessions and dates are scheduled one half term in advance.

Pick and Choose

Pick the sessions that are most suitable to you and your current leadership journey. There is no stipulation to attend every session.

Pathways

There are three distinct leadership pathways that sessions will be directed at. Aspiring Leaders (those looking to move into middle leadership), Aspiring Senior Leaders (current middle leaders looking to move into senior leadership) and Senior Leaders (current senior leaders looking for further senior leadership development). Each pathway will be represented with an icon on each individual session page so you know which pathway a session is targeted at.

To sign up for a session, click the link on an individual session page to be taken to Eventbrite to reserve your place.

Flipped Learning

All sessions will be delivered via a flipped learning method with a short pre-session video to watch before you attend any session. Videos will be uploaded to the site on the individual session pages approx. 48hrs prior to the session starting.
